Twofold Zeus

The outermost circle has the rulerships and exaltations of houses 1-12 (rulerships on the outside and exaltations on the inside). The vesica has the detriments of houses 1-12 on the outside of the perimeter, with the nature planets in red parentheses.

On the inside of the perimeter are the dignities of houses 9-12 distributed so that the house-9 dignities are in the first quadrant, the house-10 dignities are in the second quadrant, the house-11 dignities are in the third quadrant, and the house-12 dignities are in the fourth quadrant of the vesica. Damiani sometimes refers to this configuration of dignities as the “Jupiter ring” or “Demiurgic Intellect ring.”

The circle at the center is divided into twelve houses and four quadrants, corresponding to houses 9-12, and each of the twelve mundane, or cosmic, gods of the Orphic theogony is associated with one of its houses.
