The One as One, Dyad, and Triad

The One

The One can be symbolized by either the four dignities of house 1 (left side of diagram) or the rulerships of houses 1-3 (right side of diagram.) The Dyad can be symbolized by either the dignities of houses 2 (Infinity) and 3 (Bound) (left side) or the exaltations, detriments, and falls of houses 1-3 (right side, viewed as three columns). The Triad can be symbolized by the ten dignities of the first quadrant.

On the left side, these ten dignities can be viewed horizontally as four groups (rulerships, exaltations, detriments, and falls), reading from left to right, or vertically as the dignities of houses 1-3.

On the right side, these ten dignities can be viewed as three rows (the dignities of houses 1-3) or four columns (rulerships, exaltations, detriments, falls).
