The circle with four concentric rings is the metaphysical chart. Each one of the ten planets in dignity in the first quadrant is placed outside one of the houses 1-10, and these planets are then grouped as One, Being, Life, Intellect, Soul, Nature, and Body (although it’s not clear if the term “Body” was cut off when the diagram was scanned).
