The Jupiter and Saturn Henads

The circle in the upper left depicts the signs where Jupiter is in dignity, with the rulerships labeled as “Life” or “Being,” the exaltation as “Intellect,” the detriments as “Soul” or “Nature,” and the fall as “Body.” This is the henad of Jupiter.

When Jupiter is not in a sign in which it’s in dignity, it is labeled as “Fabricative” or “Fab.” Damiani often contrasted the dignities as “gnostic” powers with the nondignities as “fabricative” powers.

In the lower left, “Nature” in house 1 refers to Venus in Aries, and “Body” in house 6 refers to Venus in Virgo.

The circle in the upper right depicts the signs where Saturn is in dignity, using the same conventions for labeling the dignities and nondignities as above. This is the henad of Saturn.

In the lower right, “Nature” in house 2 refers to Mars in Taurus, and “Body” in house 4 refers to Mars in Cancer.
