Each diagram is a Kabbalistic tree of the dignities of the first quadrant.

In the upper diagram, they are arranged so that the four dignities of house 1 are at the top; the dignities of houses 2 and 3 are in two vertical lines below the house-1 dignities (house-2 dignities on the left and house-3 dignities on the right).

In the lower diagram, the house-1 dignities form a central column, and the house-2 dignities form a column on the left and the house-3 dignities form a column on the right.
