At the top, the dignities of houses 7-12 of the metaphysical chart are placed in four partial “rings,” drawn in red pencil, which group these dignities as rulerships, exaltations, detriments, and falls (reading from outer ring to inner).

In the bottom left is a string of planetary glyphs: Jupiter in Sagittarius (Being rulership of house 9), Mars in Scorpio and Venus in Libra (Life rulerships in houses 8 and 7, respectively), Dragon’s Tail in Sagittarius (exaltation in house 9), and Saturn in Libra (exaltation in house 7). These symbolize the components of Soul essence.

In the lower right, there is a 4-row by 4-column table. The top row consists of the components of Soul essence just described. The next three rows are the dignities of houses 10-12, grouped to form columns of rulerships, exaltations, detriments, and falls, with the arrows pointing from the third-quadrant dignities to the house-10 dignities indicating how Universal Soul “in-forms” matter in house 10.

The dignities of the fourth quadrant are bracketed and labeled as “Demiurgic Intellect” and are also bracketed by Saturn in Aries, with the text indicating that the latter is the underlie of universal manifestation.

To the right of the Sun in Aquarius (detriment) are the planets in detriment in houses 5-10, which represent the powers of the unembodied soul.
