The Sun in Aquarius as the Meeting Point of Absolute and Individual Soul

On the left, there is a 4-row by 4-column table of planetary glyphs. The top row consists of Jupiter in Sagittarius (Being rulership of house 9), Mars in Scorpio and Venus in Libra (Life rulerships in houses 8 and 7, respectively), Dragon’s Tail in Sagittarius (exaltation in house 9), and Saturn in Libra (exaltation in house 7). The next three rows are the dignities of houses 10-12, grouped to form columns of rulerships, exaltations, detriments, and falls. The text, as well as the arrows and dotted lines pointing from the third-quadrant dignities to the fourth-quadrant dignities, indicates how Absolute Soul sketches the plan of the universe in matter (that is, house 10).

In the center is a twelvefold circle with four concentric rings, which are labeled “Falls,” “Det” (Detriments), “Ex” (Exaltations), “Ruler” (Rulerships).

In the center of this circle are two circles whose intersection form a vesica, and this configuration represents the three material worlds of house 12. The six planets along the circumference of the left circle represent six of the seven chakras (in Hinduism), with the seventh chakra in the center of the vesica represented by Venus. Venus thus represents both the seventh chakra and the functioning of the planetary spheres in house 12. The circle symbolizes the Sun in Aquarius, which receives the Ideas in matter prepared by Absolute Soul (as indicated by the table to the left).

To the right of this circle are the planets in detriment in houses 5-9, which represent the powers of the unembodied soul.
