At the top are the four dignities of house 4, labeled “Being”; the two dignities of house 5, labeled “Life”; and the four dignities of house 6, also labeled “Life. They are so labeled because the rulership of house 4 is a Being rulership and the rulerships of houses 5 and 6 are Life rulerships. There seems to be a mistake in the listing of the house-6 dignities: Venus, not Saturn, is in dignity in house 6. Below this, the four dignities of house 4 are repeated, and below them is the Sun, in rulership in house 5.
