Alaya-Vijnana, Four Gnostic Functions, and the Concrete Individual Mapped on to a Vesica of Houses 10-12

Epistemology

The intersection of the right circle (house 10) and the left circle (house 12) forms a vesica (house 11). Within the vesica are the twelve signs of the zodiac, with the four gnostic functions of perception, sensing, rational cogitation, and intuition placed at the four cardinal points (ascendant, nadir, descendant, and midheaven, respectively).

To the right of house 10, the seven principles of a human being, according to Theosophy, are correlated with the seven planets.
