Six Cosmic Tattvas, the Metaphysical Chart, and Six Theosophic Principles of Man Mapped on to a Vesica of Houses 10-12

System of Nature (Houses 10-12)

The largest circle is divided into twelve houses, with the signs of the zodiac listed outside the circle and the dignities of the metaphysical chart inside it. The circle is also divided in thirds, where the first four houses are labeled “Being,” the next four “Life,” and the last four “Intellect.”

Inside this circle are two smaller circles, which intersect to form a vesica. The left circle represents house 12, the right circle house 10, and the vesica house 11.

The dignities of house 12 are placed in the left circle, and Mercury (Nature) brackets the four lowest of the seven principles of man in Theosophy.

The dignities of house 10 are placed in the right circle, and the Moon in Capricorn (Soul) brackets four of the five cosmic elements.

Inside the vesica, there is a twelvefold circle with four concentric rings that contain the dignities of the metaphysical chart for houses 1-3, 7, and 10-12.

Inside the four rings, each quadrant is labeled with one of the signs of houses 9-12.
