This is a 4-column by 4-row table. The columns, from left to right, are the dignities of house 12, the dignities of house 11, the dignities of house 10, and the rulerships and exaltations of houses 9-7. The rows, except for the dignities in the last column, are the rulerships, exaltations, detriments, and falls.

In the last column, the planet in the first row is the rulership (Being) of house 9, the planets in the second row are the rulerships (Life) of houses 8 and 7, the Dragon’s Tail in third row is the exaltation of house 9, and the planet in the fourth row is the exaltation of house 7.

The arrows that point from the dignities in the last column to the dignities in the third column, which are labeled with the names of tattvas from the Samkhya system, indicate that Universal Soul (third quadrant) is informing the matter of house 10.
