The smaller circle on the left lists the signs (or houses) in which Jupiter is in dignity; thus it symbolizes the Jupiter henad (but here it is labeled the Jupiter monad).

The vesica to its right contains a twelvefold circle, whose lines also divide the vesica into twelve sectors.

Inside the vesica, the dignities of houses 9-12 of the metaphysical chart are distributed so that the house-9 dignities are in the first quadrant, the house-10 dignities are in the second quadrant, the house-11 dignities are in the third quadrant, and the house-12 dignities are in the fourth quadrant of the vesica. Damiani sometimes refers to this configuration of dignities as the “Jupiter ring” or “Demiurgic Intellect ring.”

Some of the Samkhya tattvas and the cosmic tattvas of Theosophy are mapped on to the dignities in the Jupiter ring.

Inside the twelvefold circle, each of the twelve mundane, or cosmic, gods of the Orphic theogony is associated with one of its houses. Each god is a member of one of four triads: fabricative, defensive, harmonic, or vivific, which is also indicated in the diagram.
