Unembodied reason: Septile - Buddhi, Quintile - Ahamkara, Regular Aspects - Manas Savikalpa

and downwards Saturn through Moon: into 12-fold Natal Chart, with Fire - Intuition; Earth - Sense Perception; Air - Thinking; Water - Willing

The whole material body conditions the appearance; the mental body (transits) is immanent in the material body.

Saturn in Aries, Fall - intuitive sensation.

Problem: have to relate the transits to the natal.

The ideas first have to be put together in the realm of manas before there's a perceived content.

How the undivided mind of the Earth will be present in its own productions.

The Vedantists have Buddhi, Ahamkara, Manas, Citta. Taijasa consciousness - the mind in the body.

The Citta is that which goes out and takes the form of the object - then have the ability to organize objects, to certify it, etc.

AD: All four is the antahkarana as an imaginary thing, which falls apart with the body['s demise].

Antahkarana refers to an embodied being.

The power that can project itself into the body, and when the body is dissolved, is released, the Citta is withdrawn, and stores the karma.

Without an antahkarana, have those four functions, but not together. The immanence of those aspects in the material body is the antahkarana.

The Earth may have aspects, Uranus trine Sun in the sky [for instance].

The Fours: of Vedanta

Active Intellect: Buddhi, Certitude

Hylic/Material Intellect: takes the form* of the object, appropriation (Samkhya, Vikalpa)

Acquired Intellect: Manifestation of forms

Sensible intellect

*receives the form in the perception, the (illegible) of the mind to take on that form

AD: The Arabs versus the European Scholastics: unembodied vs. embodied, universal vs. individualized.

Yogacara bigger framework: Alaya = Buddhi; Alaya-vijnana; Klisto; Manas & Senses

Buddhist Direct (perceivers): Intuitive; Self-Knower; Mental; Sense

Yoga Samadhis:

Nirvikalpa (no content at all);

Asmita (to have recognition of the I-AM itself, beyond that is Cit-Sakti);

Ananda (Buddhi; perception of all the ideas, not even the finitude of ahamkara);

Vicara (Ahamkara, distinguishing manas)

Vitarka (to get to the level of the Witness, mental body, manas)

Asmita through Vitarka are Savikalpa Samadhi. Vitarka/Vicara has a finite content, the top two (Asmita & Ananda) are infinite, even though with the unmanifest form of Buddhi.
