The mundane gods are fabricating - producing the world and all the bodies within it according [to] reason principles first informing matter and then that combined with dissipated essences are united to create a creature, an organized living body within which the soul imparts a light -- the manas (antahkarana) which taken residence therein spreads out in radial direction to the ends of our world and immediately contacts the spheres. This contact -- without intermediation, provides us with the knowledge (reflective?) and instruction through experience of the order in the world and/or cosmos.
