Memorization of World-Mind is associated with precession of equinoxes.

The activation of particular karmic seeds at the appropriate moment is guided by the Idea of the universe or overall plan.

Karma = the power and the efficacy of the Ideas.

Paragraph 35 ("Birth of Individuals") -- consciousness = light of Overself (Saturn in Leo).

Is a continuum from pure consciousness (Saturn in Leo) to empirical reflective consciousness.

Individual mind = a sheath of the soul.

World-Mind memorizes the sheaths, not the consciousness.

Manifestation = projection of form-bearing light (Sun in Aquarius, Vairocana) onto body monad (Jupiter Mercury). [Note: Jupiter in Capricorn, Mercury in Pisces. See FIGURE 1979 0909-1-AB, World-Mind and World-Soul, with Jupiter in Capricorn and Mercury in Pisces, above.]

Pralaya = withdrawal or non-projection of the light -- body monad still remains.

Paragraphs 37-38 -- 'the consciousness' = Vairocana's consciousness -- our senses are activities of it.

Nature = subtle reason-principles underlying the cosmos.

A) World-Mind -- Nature, karmic impressions

B) individual minds; general picture of the world = seed-like thought-forms, subtle primal image, two-dimensional epistemic relationship (subject-object but not separate, experience of Witness-I), matrix of world-to-be

C) vasanas, brain, senses as transformers = three-dimensional epistemic situation

p. 57 -- A → B → C

C is where empirical individual takes world back into center of his own consciousness.

B → C = senses as exits.

Within C = senses as entrances.

B and C = conscious being.

Nature is the way the World-Mind's ideas are transformed or implemented = planetary motions or seminal reason-principles.

C = objects known as a phase of our own consciousness. Assimilation of experience can only take place here.

Paragraph 38 = individual as center around which world revolves = C.

World-Soul = Sun in Aquarius

Overself = Saturn in Leo -- intelligibility comes from Overself.

Nature = Mercury in Pisces?

Forms or intelligence derive from Overself.

World-Mind provides matter ("what"), we provide form ("how").

Idea of Man provides meaning we get from universe.
