Bodhicitta; Causal, subtle, gross; Introversion and extroversion

Bodhicitta

The BC [Bodhicitta] is in the causal realm which orders both the subtle and the gross. The BC is the 360 degrees, or they are contained within it; the whole of the intelligible world is in the Soul, working its way out and up. The intelligible world is within you and it is working its way out through all the kingdoms of Nature. (The evolution of the BC might be traced by the particular degrees or angle pattern within any individual chart.) In order for those to be meaningful for you, they could only be so if you have the BC or degrees within you. This is the Nous atom.

How do the aspects apply? They are on the level of the BC. The aspects are revealing the preordained plan from the BC.

Studies in Jacob Böhme, A.J. Penney, p. 393:

""Therefore there is also such great diversity in the spirits, as there is great diversity in the will of the essences; whereof we have an example and similitude in the will and purpose of our mind, out of which do spring so many various thoughts, where every thought hath again a centre to a will, that so out of an imagination a substance may be produced." "In such a manner are all spirits created out of the eternal mind." In what manner? By the ideas of the Divine Mind becoming substantiated in the wisdom--"the corporeity of the Holy Spirit.""

Condense the causal image that you have of the Inerratic sphere, the planetary spheres; condense it to a point. That's the BC. It has to start in Earth and work its way up. This is what Paracelsus meant when he said we have the entirety of the Zodiac, planetary spheres, and elements within us.

Causal, Subtle, Gross

When you look at a chart you see a planet situated in a house, sign and degree. These are gross, subtle, causal. The house is the most fully manifested. The houses are the most determinant [sic; typist thinks should be 'determinate'] of all, the most quantified, the most specific in the chart, while the signs are more qualitative and the degrees coordinate the signs and houses. The degrees are what connect the cusps of the houses with the signs. The degrees connect the signs with the houses, and the planets are going to reveal the significance of these. Without them, all these things are unoperational, there is no function. Planets have to do most with the subtle realm, the Inerratic with the causal. Take all the planets in rulership and put them in the causal fire box; here the reason principles are being implanted in the matter, the tanmatra. The exaltations as the next level below in tanmatra, implant the same reason principles in the tanmatra air. The psychoid realm is tanmatra, the psychical, the bhutas, and the physical, the mahabhutas. The causal manifests both the subtle as subjective and the gross as objective, the signs and houses. But the subject here is not the real subject, it is the ego, the subjective psyche, while the gross is the objective psyche.

The planetary aspects and parts also are prefigured in the causal as the meaning to be unfolded in the gross and subtle. The gross is the inner Kalachakra, the subtle, the outer Kalachakra, and the causal, the alternative. The chakras can be placed between the subtle and gross, showing a transition between the mental body and the elemental body. Putting the planets alongside the chakras illustrates one level of the planets.

Introversion and Extroversion

Introversion is represented by sign, extroversion by house. How do we distinguish them in a chart? The signs would be like the life of the person, the inner meanings of the person; and the houses, the circumstances to which these meanings are applied. These inner qualities within the person are the tropical zodiac, the way the animal responds. The subjective psyche is a response to what the objective psyche imposes on it. The response is by the tropical zodiac, the inner Dragon to whom we are organs. That Dragon accompanies you and helps you in every mistake you make, and everything wrong and evil you do. But then finally when you recognize him and try otherwise, then the same entity says "Well, now I'll cooperate." The Tantrics and Alchemists are trying to convert that Dragon into a vehicle for the BC. The good angel and bad angel are one and the same; he's a bad angel when you persist in evil and a good angel when you recognize him.
