The paradoxical complexity of soul -- the spiritual wonder it provokes -- requires elucidation. It is a point within the boundless circle of the cosmic mind and through it we may know something of that infinite intelligence. But we cannot transcend it (soul). We may also view this relationship as though the cosmic mind is in the soul or rather radiating into it the mystery of creation. Of course these two views when combined will prevent the spatializing of our understanding, reifying concepts. A further complication arises when soul is considered as being capable of projecting itself into the W.I. [World-Idea] it will manifest. It now is included as undergoing through this everlasting offspring experiences provided by the W.I. [World-Idea]. The view here is that the soul -- a principle that transcends all relationships can at the same time through its intermediary experience that which it is manifesting which in turn gives this perpetually flowing offspring existence.
