Mars quintile Mercury

Mercury, 20 Libra, Jewish rabbi, 10th [house] -- take the experience of others. [Libra 20, "In a tiny room ridiculously cluttered with manuscripts and books sits a Jewish rabbi at ease with self and world."]

Mars, 9 Leo, glass blowers, 8th [house] -- sublimation of the desire, transformation by submersion.

9 Leo -- transformation into symbolic thought -- "fairy tales". [Leo 9, "In a scene of weird display and brilliant colors glass blowers produce one by one the marvels of their craft."]

Mercury -- An intellect informed by a universal tradition -- able to understand the changes of the libido and give it a symbolic name.

Mars -- fantastic interpretation of the movement of the libido.

Mercury is required to understand Mars, Mars gives new forms to Mercury.

This quintile = the way he is getting individualized (ahamkara, I-maker) = the way his mind is growing.

Quintile = an inherent demand that he believe in what he is doing as a process in a quintile, the mental process is more important than the actual content.

Quintile gives a directionality to the mental stream.

Quintile = talent, the person has a talent, which is individuating the person.

Quintile = the anatomy of your mental processes.

Regular aspects deal with the outer - mundane.

Leo planets are an expression of your I-ness.

Jung's Volume 5, Symbols of Transformation, are all transformations of the libido - Mars functioning. [Note: C.G. Jung, CW 5, Symbols of Transformation.]

Jung had a Mars Moon quintile -- individuation takes places through the inferior function being brought to the surface.

Krishnamurti

Pluto bi-quintile Saturn

Pluto, 11 Gemini, 4th [house] -- subdivision -- a new path of realism in experience -- understanding through analysis -- participates in everyday world. [Gemini 11, "A new real-estate subdivision is revealed with wide paved streets, ornamental lights and a few newly-built houses."]

Saturn, 3 Scorpio, 9th [house] -- pioneer house-raising -- cooperation in everyday living -- seeking fulfillment through fellows -- sensitivity to the benevolent simplicity of life. [Scorpio 3, "At a clearing of pioneer days in the forest all the neighbors have gathered to assist in a happy house-raising."]

An open sensitivity to life resulting from a constant analysis of human experience. A process of uncovering the reason for human suffering.

Bringing into the open the hidden facets -- you must analyze your own sensitivity to find the solution to your problems.

Saturn conditions the way you respond to all the stimuli.

Every time an image arises there is a compulsive need to examine its nature. This process will make you very introverted.

The law of association cannot operate unconsciously.

This methodology is a "new system of realism".

The Pluto is forcing (willing) this analysis -- his method is to do this.

Schopenhauer is the closest to the meaning of will.

The fact that he thinks it's something new is the Pluto.

The idea forged in a quintile is unique to that person.

The idea forged in a septile is and can be universalized.

Example: tree reflected in water.

Tree (form) = septile.

Water flowing through that form getting replenished by it = quintile.

Quintile = how two functions could be brought into a working relationship with each other.

Jung

Mars quintile Moon

Mars, 22 Sagittarius, 11th [house] -- some kind of Eastern wisdom opened up. [Sagittarius 22, "A perfect bit of the old world is found in the new; a Chinese laundry has its shutters up and is now itself."]

Moon, 16 Taurus, 3rd [house] -- teacher and motley crew. [Taurus 16, "An old man is attempting with a degree of success unsuspected by him to reveal the Mysteries to a motley group."]

Moon = images from the body

Mars

[Mars Moon quintile:] An inferior function has within it the potential for the growth of the person.

He could correlate the engrams in the brain/body (Moon) with the inferior function (Mars).

There was a wisdom in the [engram] patterns.
